Hailing from Guyana, South America, Raxx infuses his cuisine with vibrant Caribbean flavors. Raised in a bustling household where gatherings were synonymous with plentiful feasts, Raxx's culinary passion ignited.
Having led Toronto's largest catering kitchens and served as a Private Villa Chef in the Turks and Caicos Islands for a decade, Raxx now calls Halifax, Nova Scotia home. Here, he continues to expand his culinary horizons, successfully launching his own brand, Rose’s Smash Burgers.
